expensive drinks small room
The breakfast met my expectations. The coffee was great.
The room felt cramped! There wasn't a single chair to hang clothes, let alone a wardrobe. Plus, the food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. Thai prices were tripled, putting them on par with Western European rates. I can't recommend this place.

amazing art and chill vibes!

friendly staff hand-painted art outdoor lounging area
the staff were super friendly and helpful. i loved the hand-painted art on all the walls, it really made the place unique. the outdoor lounging area was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast options, like croissants
the wifi in my room was a bit weak, making it hard to stream videos or have video calls so I was restricted to only working in the restaurant.
Location

the hotel is in a great central location, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night. it's a short walk to the ferry and commuter boats, and there's even a free electric boat nearby. street food options are excellent around here, too
Service

the staff is lovely and accommodating, always ready to assist you. they arranged a late taxi pickup for me from the airport, i was grateful. there is 24-hour reception so late arrivals or early departures are no problem
Facilities

the hotel has a restaurant with reasonable prices and vegetarian options, and it also has a washing machine and drier so i can keep my clothes clean. the breakfast is really good, everyone can find something to eat and the coffee is delicious

the rooms aren't great if you like space. i barely had room to open my suitcase. the air conditioning struggled to keep up, it was like it was just blowing hot air around. also, the noise from the street was pretty bad at night. some repairs are needed and maintenance is not the best.
