The breakfast met my expectations. The coffee was great.
The room felt cramped! There wasn't a single chair to hang clothes, let alone a wardrobe. Plus, the food and drinks were ridiculously expensive. Thai prices were tripled, putting them on par with Western European rates. I can't recommend this place.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. i loved the hand-painted art on all the walls, it really made the place unique. the outdoor lounging area was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast options, like croissants
the wifi in my room was a bit weak, making it hard to stream videos or have video calls so I was restricted to only working in the restaurant.
Location

the hotel is in a great central location, yet it's surprisingly quiet at night. it's a short walk to the ferry and commuter boats, and there's even a free electric boat nearby. street food options are excellent around here, too

small roombad air conditioning
the rooms aren't great if you like space. i barely had room to open my suitcase. the air conditioning struggled to keep up, it was like it was just blowing hot air around. also, the noise from the street was pretty bad at night. some repairs are needed and maintenance is not the best.

Absolutely Charming Stay!

I appreciated the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The decor was fun with a lovely courtyard. I found the courtyard a peaceful place.
The first room I stayed in had a gap in the balcony door. This allowed mosquitoes inside. I also noticed some noise.
